1. Initial IEP Meeting
Your journey begins with a warm, collaborative meeting between our therapist and the caregiver;Â this could be a parent or teacher. We take time to understand:
- Your child’s history and development
- Current challenges and strengths
- Any specific goals or concerns you have
This conversation helps us see your child’s unique needs from every angle.
2. Assessment & Evaluation
We carry out a detailed evaluation of your child in key areas:
- Communication skills
- Sensory and motor abilities
- Behaviour and emotional regulation
- Social interaction
From these insights, we design a customized Individualized Education Plan (IEP) tailored specifically for your child.
3. Therapy Sessions & Progress Reviews
Once the IEP is ready, we begin therapy sessions; scheduled to fit both your availability and your child’s needs.
- Sessions are conducted directly with your child in a safe, supportive environment
- Twice a month, we hold joint review meetings with you, your child, and the therapist
- We encourage parents to track and actively participate in their child’s progress
